Prisma is designed with privacy as a default. We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide verification and security services to Discord communities. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
When a member completes verification, we may collect and store: your Discord user ID, the ID of the server in which verification occurred, the timestamp of verification, and whether the verification was successful or denied. We do not collect your Discord username, avatar, email address, or any message content.
The data we collect is used exclusively to operate the verification service: to prevent duplicate or alternate accounts from bypassing verification, to allow server administrators to audit verification history, and to enforce server-level security rules. We do not use your data for advertising or analytics.
Verification records are retained for as long as the associated Discord server remains active on our service, or until a server administrator requests deletion. If Prisma is removed from a server, associated verification data may be deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion of your individual data at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Verification data for a given server is accessible only to that server's administrators through our dashboard. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of users.
Prisma operates as a Discord bot and interacts with the Discord API. By using Discord, you are also subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We only access Discord data that you or a server administrator explicitly grants us permission to access through Discord's OAuth2 and bot permission systems.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, no system is completely secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us through our official support channel. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
Prisma does not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord support server or on this website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For any privacy-related questions or data requests, contact us through our official Discord support server or via the contact information listed on this website.
