By adding Prism to your Discord server or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. These terms apply to all server administrators, members, and any other users who interact with Prism.
Prism is a Discord verification and security service. It provides automated member verification, anti-duplicate account detection, role assignment, and related security tooling for Discord communities. The service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service, in compliance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using Prism, you represent that you meet this requirement. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their use of Prism complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Prism may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual; to circumvent verification in any way; to interfere with the proper functioning of the bot or its infrastructure; or to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Server administrators who add Prism to their Discord server are solely responsible for how the bot is configured and used within that server. Administrators must not use Prism to collect data from members in ways that violate Discord's Terms of Service or applicable privacy laws.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service. Prism may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
All software, branding, and content associated with Prism, including the bot, the dashboard, and this website, are the intellectual property of Prism and its creators. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Prism for any server or user that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may remove Prism from your server at any time by kicking the bot from your Discord server.
Prism is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify server administrators of material changes.
